Download fluster from the page.
Open your windows settings and navigate to Updates & Security > For Developers > Developer Mode

To launch the Fluster version of roblox, simply open your windows search and look for an app called "Fluster". It should have the roblox icon.

Run Fluster.exe which you can download from the page.
