Download fluster from the requirements page.
Open your windows settings and navigate to Updates & Security > For Developers > Developer Mode

Run Fluster.exe which you can download from the requriements page.
To launch the Fluster version of roblox, simply open your windows search and look for an app called "Fluster". It should have the roblox icon.
